2. To a "Nova Poshta" parcel locker (poshtomat)
   A contactless way to pick up your parcel at any time of the day.
3. Courier delivery by "Nova Poshta" to your address
   Your order will be delivered directly to your door.

Shipping Costs

• The shipping cost is calculated according to the tariffs of the carrier "Nova Poshta" and depends on the weight, dimensions of the parcel, and the selected delivery method.
• Enjoy free shipping to a "Nova Poshta" branch or parcel locker on all orders over 2000 UAH!
• The cost of courier delivery is paid by the customer, regardless of the order total.

Processing and Dispatch Times

• We care about getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Order processing and fulfillment take 1-2 business days.
• Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• After dispatch, delivery by "Nova Poshta" typically takes 1-3 days.

2. After receiving your order, our manager will contact you to confirm the details and calculate the exact shipping cost.
3. The shipping cost is calculated individually and depends on the destination country and the weight of the parcel.

Payment for International Orders

• All international orders are dispatched only after 100% prepayment of the cost of the goods and shipping.
• Payment is made online with a Visa/Mastercard via a secure payment system on our website. The details for the shipping payment will be sent to you by our manager after all details are confirmed.
