Your future goals and tasks:

• Sales and consulting: handling inbound enquiries from the website, Instagram, messengers and phone calls; selling promotional offers and new arrivals; handling objections; meeting your personal sales plan and KPIs
• Order support: full support of the order from placement to delivery, tracking payments and delivery statuses, resolving questions about orders, exchanges and returns
• Working with the client base: building long-term relationships, driving repeat sales, reactivating inactive customers
• Working in the CRM and internal systems and documents: entering customer data, processing orders, working in KeyCRM / 1C, checking that orders and documents are correct
